· Interviewed 150+ women for Hera Invests to uncover how we think about shopping, saving, and investing - insights that directly shaped product features. · Facilitated 50+ 1:1 money coaching sessions with Aura Finance users, transforming fears and motivations into onboarding flows and product strategy. · Built repeatable frameworks for gathering qualitative data and translating it into design decisions.
Workshops
Space for people to explore, reflect, and act
· Co-created a 4-session leadership workshop sales executives using creative prompts (superhero alter egos, 6-3-5 brainwriting, collaging) to strengthen team collaboration and self-awareness. · Built The Power of Four, a financial workshop that helps people set up, understand, and fund four key personal finance accounts. · Designed Rebel Art Club meetups where creative activities anchor conversations around wealth building.
